The metal strips are only adhesive for a couple times on the mask. I apply the metal strip on the outside of my mask and the metal strips help keep the mask tight around my nose bridge so that my eyeglasses do not fog up. But, the adhesive is only good for a couple of times. But that is why there is 50 strips per bag. So they will last a while.
