Jul 21, 2020 I chose not to try to cook with 2 pans at the same time or try to fit 2 pots in the oven and then having to take out a 20-25lbs scorching pot from the oven one at a time to stir. I prefer to find something that's in 1 pot and perhaps may weight 35lbs full and cook it on the lowest rack, so it's easier to take out, if that's my choice.
